The Pilot Waves’ are a Tampa Bay-based indie rock band, fueled by the songwriting of frontman Tristan Jarvis. Their current lineup consists of Jarvis on guitar and vocals, Rob Kelley on bass, Brad Sumner on guitar, and TC Smith on drums.

Taking their name from the pilot-wave theory of quantum mechanics and applying it in a philosophical context, The Pilot Waves’ sound incorporates elements of 60’s psychedelia and 90’s alternative, with a focus on emotionally driven melodies. 

Their music is a diverse yet cohesive spectrum of sound and dynamics, utilizing and placing inherent emphasis on the hermetic principles that govern 'the whole'. 

They are currently in the process of recording their debut record with producer/engineer Ryan Boesch.
